TERMS  AND  CONDITIONS:

Great white diving will be referred as “we” or ‘us” and who are benefiting from our services will be referred as “diver” or “client” or “visitor”.

Booking:

We welcome divers/ clients/ visitors who booked their date and session on the website and our booking channels. and have paid the full amount or deposit after reservation.

our booking team will confirm the booking after payment is received.

Responsibility for Disclosure of Medical and Health Conditions:

Very Important Warning: Pregnant women and children under the age of ten are strictly prohibited from entry. This prohibition also applies to individuals suffering from any type of cardiac or pulmonary diseases, or any conditions related to epilepsy or fainting. The competent instructor and the company must be informed of any other medical conditions, fractures, pain, or any prior surgical history involving the back, legs, hands, or arms, etc.

In case if a diver/ client/ visitor suffers from any of the aforesaid medical conditions, he/she shall be required to submit a medical clearance issued by a medical authority accredited by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), explicitly confirming his/her fitness to undertake diving activities.

In the event of deliberate or inadvertent concealment of medical information, the Diver/ client/ visitor shall bear full responsibility and all consequences arising from such concealment. In such case, neither the instructor nor Great White Diving LLC nor its mangers nor its employees, shall not bear any liability for any legal or health consequences resulting from the concealment of medical or treatment-related information.

Rescheduling and Cancelation:

Divers/ clients/ visitors who wants to reschedule or cancel their appointment have to inform us by sending an email to be [email protected]; 48 hours prior the activity day.

Rescheduling or cancelation request is approved when management have replied and confirmed the requesting email. if there is a medical condition, approved medical report issued from Dubai Health Authority (DHA) is required and to be submitted four hours prior the session.

Minimum admin charges of fifteen percent or more are applicable and would be processed within ten to fifteen working days.

We are following schedule and time table system; divers/ clients/ visitors have to be on shared location dive site 15 to 30 minutes before session starts. and for any reason if failed to show after 10 minutes of the appointment time, their appointment automatically is considered canceled due to no show and deposit and payment is nonrefundable.

In case of being under alcohol or drugs influence, booking is canceled, and deposit and payment are non-refunded. same day and on spot cancelation is not available and not allowed, and payment is nonrefundable for any reason. in courses, practical sessions for open water course are three,  and if management approves can be four. student has to pay five hundred dirhams for any additional session after management approval.

 

If the Diver/ client/ visitor cancel his/her course before starting practical sessions, they will be charged for minimum of eight hundred dirhams for the e-learning. Diver/ client/ visitor has to be in the meeting location at least fifteen minutes ahead. for no show or late arrival, he/she will miss their session and has to pay for extra session which it is six hundred dirhams.

Once diver/ client/ visitor geared up and entered water, it is counted as complete try dive session and for any reason paid or partial payment shall not be returned back; Equipment used during the activity are given in good and working condition and shall be returned complete to same given place and where they received from; In case any part of equipment is/are thrown, left on the on the sand or for any reason they were lost or broken divers will be charged the amount of a new equipment. prices are mentioned in the website.
 
If we see the weather conditions is not suitable for diving, the session will be rescheduled to next coming session; Sea water depth, marine life and visibility are natural conditions which are out of our control.

Liability Release:

No legal liability shall be imposed upon, nor any claim whatsoever brought against, the diving instructors implementing various recreational or training diving programs, Great White Diving LLC, any of its managers or employees, any international diving organizations, or any of their affiliated or sister companies, nor any of their employees, officers, representatives, agents, or assignees, all of whom shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the ‘Released Parties,’ for any injury, death, or other damages that may be sustained by you, your family, your estate, your heirs, or any persons to whom your rights may devolve, as a result of your participation in any recreational or training diving programs, or as a result of any negligence of the Released Parties, whether such negligence is active or passive.

By completing and finalizing the booking procedures for any of the courses or activities offered by Great White Diving LLC; You hereby accepted and acknowledged all of the terms and conditions set forth above.
